Cause I'm used to 50-70. And when it goes to 25, my character reacts different to mouse movements and whatnot. The aiming is not as precision and my hit % goes down.

my fps used to be 30, then i reformatted, now its 60, though i don't play any better...in fact i might have gotten worse...haha

Ahh, the whole leadership and calling thing

I usually never make calls unless i'm the only person on my team with a mic.
It's usually a few decent regulars making the calls, and everyone else trying their hardest to execute.
