i can't stay connected

every time i connect, it says warning: Connection Problem after about 15 secs of being connected...

servers look fine, make sure no one in your home is downloading anything, if you have cable, try reseting your cable modem and your router (if you have one)

I would try uninstalling CS from Steam and then reinstalling. I had a problem where I couldnt connect to the TTP servers, I finally had to format my PC and then everything worked fine after that.
