we can program the system to not switch admins.....but.....something like that will certainly change the game.
So no one can bitch about stacked teams ever again?!?!

I'm in love with this thing already! Even though people are just going to being hitting rank to try and show off to the rest of the server

I dont care for the auto-balance mechanism. We as players and admins know who is good and who can help a team. I'm not going to trust some robot to decide when it's based off of fresh stats..

That's why we still have admins who can manually balance things out should they get too lopsided.

I'm all for this auto-balance thing. The only problem I see are on maps where one side needs a tad stronger team for the map to be competitive. However, I'm sure there is some sort of variable you can adjust for, map by map, using maps stats we already have built up.

One less job for the admin to have to worry about...

We'll be correcting what the computer thinks is right when we could have done it right the first time. Just an extra round you gotta wait and detour you from other things...

Why not just give it a try first? We don't know it's capabilities yet, and have not personally tested them on our servers....

It doesn't cost or hurt anything to try it out for a week or even a day...

Nothing wrong with trying it out.

IMO, that means it will look at stats. What else is it going off of? We all know if we switched people based on stats it wouldn't be very helpful. Don't mind trying it, but the second it switches around a team that was already balanced by the admin and then the admin has to re-correct the correction, we got problems..

If you haven't seen it in action- why judge it? I mean, you can have your pre opinions on what you think it MIGHT do... but you don't actually know.

    I say let's give it a whirl.

Just trying to be logical about it. How else do you think it would operate?
