this is the all elusive error in which steam denies its existence. It only plagues me on ttps tf2 servers and sometimes on the css reg server. Personally i believe it to be caused by a wide range of problems in which only some can be solved by restarting steam, the others, (what everones i get) appear to have no solution. As there are many users wondering aimlessly about steams support asking for assistance and the best steam can come up with is "check your firewall"
