Destin is in between Pensacola and Tallahassee, closer to Pensacola though.

. but yea, we stayed on base at Hurlburt Field(right next to Fort Walton Beach), the wife and I are both Air Force so the stay was like $35 a night. weather wasnt as good as we wanted, but the tropical storm that went through wasnt too bad. We got to eat at some pretty nice places, went to a couple shows, whooped her ass at some mini-golf, met some of my Air Force buddies, good times. Our last day there(yesterday) was the nicest day out of all, which is where i got my beautiful cherry color :P the beaches there are gorgeous, white soft sand, and clear blue/green water, an extremely nice and reasonably inexpensive vacation I highly recommend to everyone.
