    HR 6304 - Abolishes the 4th Amendment

"the amendment specifies that judicially sanctioned search and arrest warrants must be supported by probable cause and be limited in scope according to specific information supplied by a person (usually a peace officer) who has sworn by it and is therefore accountable to the issuing court."

    HR 6304 - Abolishes the 4th Amendment

Actual text: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Still sounds like a bunch of "give us your rights, for some more saftey" bs to me. Sure, they have loop holes making it appear legite, and in some ways sure it is, but the immunity aspects, no real congressional oversight of any kind...

This sort of reminds me of the EU treaty that is going on at the moment. Nigel Farage is a great man. But yeah, I see America is starting to go "Hang on a minuet.." with these bills being swipped under their noses.

Isn't that the ideals of Nazium and all controled states governments? Because they were never good at it.

Fuck the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches of this dumbass fear mongering government. I am not fucking afraid of terrorist or dying in a terrorist attack, I want my fucking liberty back.

Home of the brave and land of the free alright as long as no one threats us and we don't have to miss American Idol.

    Until an army of these

They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

Yeah I think it's time for a hell of a lot of reforms, starting with how much power the government has.
