Exploit at Assault

So I think we've all seen it been done...

Someone is camping the vent at Assault again, takes no skill, shooting fish in a barrel, and they come single file line. I have seen some admins calling this spot an exploit (considering it is physically impossible to get nades up there without being killed. As if being a CT on Assault needed to be any harder... If someone is consistently camping the vent it cuts down the Entrances to 3... basically 2

I know it is a common occurrence that people camp the "gay spot" at Assault, and I just want to get to the bottom of whether it is an EXPLOIT of Assault or not

thats like calling the awp an exploit. Just because it is a good weapon.

That is a good spot but i cant see it as an exploit.

I have seen it called an exploit by some admins... and not by others... I'm just wondering

I've seen it called an exploit simply because you can see and shoot them far before they can. Personally, if its a bad idea to attack that way, dont do it. Its a high risk/high reward situation. Hard to get in there safely/undetected, but if you do, you can pick off ts from inside.

Long story short. You can see the ct's feet through the vent. So just dont go in there.

Yep, vents is never a good idea, but if you can get through then you get a good payoff.

Yeah, it's very easy to kill anyone camping upper vents before he even realizes you are coming. VENTS ARE WALLABLE. Shoot a single bullet from your colt, if you hear a meat sound, keep blasting hahahahaha, jeez, you would think CSS was laser tag or something?

umm yeah i have never seen an admin call that spot an exploit. In fact I have been on the servers some times when assault is the map and everyone has a "gentlemen's agreement" to not camp the vent. You wouldnt believe that it actually gets followed as well.

I camp the vent, and I have died there. I guess we should call AWPing from pit to A site an exploit as well, or getting on the door on Inferno, or the archway over the site, or...
