not 100% on those i'm sure someone else will catch it if i messed up. Put each of those in your console if you havn't already.

I set my "cl_updaterate" and "cl_cmdrate" to 100. I know it's only for 100 tick servers, but it runs smoother to me. :P

my biggest suggestion if you don't use it... hud_fastswitch 5 (i think?) so that you don't have to click each time you want to change weapons (unless you have more than one type of nade)

Or you can go into options in game and check the box "enable fast switch" I believe.
