    de_train strategy

    <b>Rush B</b>
    5 down lower ramp, the rest upper.
    The 5 down lower ramp clear out lower ramp and then flash deep down the site over Train 3 all the way to the CT side of Train 3, otherwise known as PopDog and press forward tossing a 2nd flash while running to CT side of bombsite B[make sure to not blind you or your teamates] and take the side and cover Z and CT spawn. The guys upper need to either nade stack Z connector and/or ct-side of upper ramp. If there is an awper CT-side upper ramp, smoke it or drop into the site. Plant the bomb on top of the train at the end near the yellow tank. Have a few players stay upper alley, otherwise known as simply upper, and play the bomb. If this server follows accordingly with no illegal defuses, then this strat should work great. Otherwise, plant the bomb on the left hand side or the right hand side of the train, depending on if you're covering it from upper ramp or lower ramp[hiding in upper initially]

    <b>*Assumed known factors</b>
    -Hold gun out before you turn the corner of lower ramp incase of rushers.
    -Playing the bomb consists of waiting for someone to get on the bomb before peaking and or limiting your angles so that you are not out in the open.
    -When you get into the site you stay on top of the silver edges on the ends of each trains so that you are not awped/sniped and also you can simply jump and toss your flash over[deeply] to the other end in order to blind them and what not.
    -Simple playing spots are behind the train, not running around in the open on a very concealable map. This is not the Vietnam war, you do not need to run through the forest and shoot blindly and die.

    <b>Rush A</b>
    5 rush down ivy[you guys call it long], the rest rush out T connector. Those rushing out T connector will be out before Ivy, and thus need to flash Z connector and down Train 6 flashing any CT's trying to cover ivy. Proceed to work around to electric box & ladder[loco] and try getting some picks by quick-peaking the long halls in the back of A site and behind train 5.
    The Ivy people need to preflash the corner of ivy before they enter it, then nade stack CT side of ivy[check corners]. As you exit out toward CT side Ivy flash the left and then throw another flash around the corner towards back of Train 5, and then push out toward hell[NOT CT BACK STEPS] they can easily pick you if you try to rush from ivy to the back of CT steps. Have the bomb planted infront of bombsite A so that snipernest can see it and just cover it and use common sense. Play the bomb.

    I just wanted to include these two strategies that are very common.
    They will both end up sounding like this when you call them over the mic.

    *Rush B*
    "Rush B have first 5 go lower w/ guns out and flashing deep down the site. Have the rest go upper w/ guns out and nade stack ctside upper ramp and flash deep down in site if your teamates aren't there yet. Plant bomb on ground on the left or right of it.

    *Rush A*
    "Rush A have first 5 go ivy and rest go out middle. Middle flash Z connector and out towards Ivy. Ivy flash ur corners and come out of hell. Plant bomb at end of the A train so sniper nest can cover it."


    <b>1 other good strategy is</b>
    -Rush White halls down ladder to A and flash deep into the area from ladder, nade stack Z connector and take hell/heaven. Have 4 people delay middle and 1 throw a smoke inbetween Z connector and gay spot to block out Snipers.

    Hope this helps for those of you struggling on calling for train. If anything you'll know two solid strategies.

    Excellent post and good strats.

    One thing I would add that I think is useful on the A rush is the first guy out T connector throws a smoke over train 5 to land between z and gay spot (but closer to Z), blocking the site lines of the cts from both Z and the bomb train alley. This always seems to work for me when I am calling train.
    We can do better.

    very true Max, I will add that in. I was just simply giving a quick-sketch of some strategies. Maybe later I'll add some more to other maps that way people can get a good outline of strategies for each map. Just a quick-fix for some new players.
    If I ever get some free time I'll make a demo of each or just add more depth to some of these.
    Because you can actually smoke that spot out from T spawn by throwing the smoke in a certain spot, and thus making it a whole lot easier ans safer.

    You left out Middle train. That gets used a lot in game since CT's like to hide there.

    The map does not include it, no. But I included "checking behind train 5"
    There are a lot of things you can include on de_train, this is just a rough outline since it seems people are completely clueless on train everytime I'm on
