Since when is it allowed?

I have played on a couple of servers that have a "camping" timer. Not sure if you have ever seen this. It is pretty interesting. When some one is camping for x amount of time a blue (whatever color) ring starts illuminating from the "camper" until they move a specified amount away from the area. It also makes a beeping sound that the "camper" can hear and shows on the screen, i.e. fr33dumb is camping. Just something I though I would throw out there. I think it is cool and annyoing at the same time

We have one on our Gun Game Server but not on our main CS:S server. If members of one side are caught camping there is almost always an admin ready to punish them for doing so.
