Thread: you girls have FF off??

i would love FF on but with the damage reflecting to the person shooting like in MW2 the bullets ricochet back

I cant begin to count the number of times I accidentally unloaded from behind the ground and could of head shotted my entire team.

It misses a huge element of gameplay, but I can really understand the difference of where it makes sense not to have it on the source games

maybe put 1 server with FF as a trial run?

This is exactly why we don't need FF on. The objective team is usually at a disadvantage anyways. This just makes it a much bigger gap.

As Pimp said, it matters because of how people get back into the game. In bigger games, you get back into the game sooner usually (as in the BF games) because of how the maps and gameplay as a whole works. FF isn't as big of a deal because you'll come back in a matter of seconds.

In source games like CSS, the maps are smaller and 1 asshole can kill the entire team in seconds at the spawn with a few nades and they'd be at a heavy disadvantage since they'll have to wait for that 1 asshole to die or the other team to complete the objective.

Sure you can eliminate them by banning them, but more times than not, when pursuing the objective the offensive team has a harder time since the defensive team really just have to have people watching a few areas and can position themselves better to avoid the FF from the start.

The problem with FF on CSS is the general everyone rush strategy. Being a terrorist would be damn near impossible if you had to worry about shooting your teammates whenever you are rushing together.

It would culminate in nothing but slow plays unless you dropped the player count to 10.

yea think 2 minute responds instead of your 3 seconds. i love PR and i love that kind of game play but just most people don't just like most of you Bf2 people don't like PR.
