What is up with the scout

This. scout can be a fairly difficult weapon to adjust to when you use mostly automatic rifles. The Headshots require a very specific height angle to be consistant. I know for certain though it regs. Body shots dont kill -- but if you mess with it you will notice that you will rarely ever miss a body shot. So the shots reg -- it's just a matter of variable accuracy.

The neck/chin aim spot is also a good suggestion. This weapon seems to pull up slightly even though it's a single shot.

I concur with others, aim for the neck/chin and be prepared to not always get the one shot kill. Scout + Grenade is a good mix if you dink a few for the 60 damage.

FYI - aim at the neck... HS's all the time at the neck... hitboxes are messed up in source and you need to aim low... If you go in a server that has you and a friend try this... have your friend turn his back to you and shoot at top of head then next time have him look at you and shoot at top of head... Hitboxes are totally diff when your facing the person or turned away from a person.... kinda messed up... thats why i always aim for the neck.. maybe that will help you!
