Still... the best call for pira is roof to CT spawn. You hold that until like 30 seconds left, making sure that you can't be seen... then bust ass to B. Works best with a smaller group. I had somebody try that on me when I was a CT... We all hid outside of our spawn so that they couldn't see us until it was too late. That was a very one sided fight.

Agreed, there is much less variation or oppurtunity for fakes at Pira, but this is made up for by the relative ease in taking the sites for the T's. A good T side at Pira should take A and get it planted 19 times of 20. That being said, a good CT team stacking roof can wreak havoc on T's who are unaware, it all in the way you play it.

Real time decisions by the leaders on each team are crucial to the teamplay element and often affect the outcome of each individual round

I like the fact that on pira if the original call fails you have many options. Alot of ways you can go to get to your final destination.

Slow play is out, fake rush B, 3-4 delay A is simple enough, but as Raush and Toker said, any fakes going to A first are going to require utmost precision in movement and nades due to all of the different roles involved in splitting A.

Even if there aren't as many options at the beginning, the endgame on pira is hella fun

idk, there are at least 3 or 4 fakes i can think of that work well enough. problem is that non-regs aren't familiar/comfortable with them so executing them properly is the trick.

example: i called top3 and bomb hide b courtyard everyone else straight out sneaky to b yesterday. i was alone in the courtyard and the bomb went roof. :P

ps - you can absolutely slow play pira as long as you hold the roof, but then it becomes question of why bother? if you have the roof, plant a immediately.

you also have the split b. Which is wen have have got straight b and the other have go roof to b. This gets the CT's to rotate towards b and the T's that are going across roof will flank all the rotators coming from CT's arch and mid.
