Thread: Gun doesn't shoot when close to enemy

I can shoot enemies from a distance fine. When I'm in close combat with an enemy my gun barely fires, even if I'm holding down and trying to spray.

Has anyone had this problem before and know a fix for it?

Sounds like client lag from graphics. I suggest you reduce the model detail to see if this helps out.

It's not that, it just started doing this after running CS fine for years. I have a quadcore, 4gigs of ram and 8800gtx

had this same problem....4 about a week my ak wouldnt shoot nearly as fast as it could close up but it would burst fine far away...i reinstalled css and got new mouse and it never happened again
