My game crashes after connecting to any cs srv's i completely uninstalled and reinstalled still crashing any ideas?

Is there any error message that is displayed when your CSS crashes? Have you tried reinstalling the STEAM Client?

In addition... Do you have any conflicting addons and or skins? Do you have your configuration settings set correctly?

Also did you install any new hardware to your computer? are your drivers up-to date?

What are your system specs?

Try launching the game in directx 8 mode.
Right click the game and click 'properties' then set launch options. type everything inside the quotes, but not including them:

" -dxlevel 81"

Make sure you have a space in front of the -. Then try to launch the game.

Error msg halflife.exe has stoped working
No new hard ware drivers up to date no add on's or skins
I just reinstalled steam a few days ago all of my other source games run just fine it's only css
