Go to properties, then launch options. From what I can tell the thread option tells the computer to use X number or cores. Since I have a quad core (which has hyperthreading) I used 8. I'm sure someone with more knowledge can improve upon my assumption =p

Isn't that the same thing as just enabling Multicore Rendering in options?

Apparently there have been problems with multicore rendering not working properly, so enabling the rendering AND using the thread command kinda makes sure that it works. (It made my fps jump by like 75)

I've been playing this at my friends house for a bit. It's not that bad once you get used to it. Hopefully the hitboxes will be fixed again. :/
