I have no problem with the new people and helping them out.

But I swear the d-bags out number the new people 5-1 lately. I swear there has been more tools in the server since the update than the last 6 months combined.

I agree with Smokey. There really has been quite a surge of kids who have obviously played before but do not care about teamplay and are quick to voice their opinion that we're all idiots when we get on to them about them not caring about teamplay.

I have no problem with helping the new players. I also think that we really to emphasize that if someone doesn't know a map that they need to follow the team and take mental notes.

It usually takes me 1.5 seconds to figure out if somebody is actually willing to play with the team or not. After that second and a half, they are usually either already playing with the team or they are already banned.

You also want to give new players a chance to understand what TPG is all about, It's easy to jus hit the ban button and there are times when the hammer needs to be smacked down. At the same time the more new players that come into the server turns to them coming and joining our community and that will only lead to more reserved slots. Let's do what we can as TPG regs and support our CSS admins, Our job is to report problem players and set examples on how teamplay is done. Being an admin is CSS the hardest admin job in TPG, I trust their judegment and they have my support 110%.
