Sorry you had a bad experience, but you probably weren't playing with a bunch of regulars. So, anyways, who is this thread directed towards? Looks like you are blaming all of the TPG CS:S community for one bad experience. Lame...

I, too, am sorry you had a bad experience. As Toker mentioned, I doubt that a bunch of regulars were on there. Regulars are usually good about helping newcomers.

I would recommend you continue coming to our server as you will find some people to help you. However, given your experience, I can understand if you want to wait a bit. I'd recommend hitting up our servers anytime in the evening, should you decide to want to play with us some more.

Sounds like there weren't many regulars on. Don't let it bother you though. If you try it again, try closer to prime time when more regs are around. Most would be more than happy to help if you let them know you are new.

Since I've already talked to you about it, and I don't want this getting out of hand, I'm going to go ahead and lock it.

Yeah, don't get discouraged. It can even be a little intimidating playing at TPG, but most regs will try to point you in the right direction. Just try to work with your team and know that there is a HUGE learning curve here.
