    Thats actually a pretty good idea. I never really thought of training through a simple shooting target game

    this is a map for css that can be used to train your muscle memory. the video basically shows you how to use it (not hard at all really)

    Best way to do it, trust me on that. Back in the days of professional UT, talk to any player with his head on straight and he'd tell you thats how he worked on his flex shot.

    By turning off your sound, you only give your self visual cue's to go off of. This kind of helps you focus directly on your visual reaction because you wont have audible sound cue's to go off of. Plus it will get you into the habit of doing proper room entry checks.
