Can you both be online at the same time? Or is it only when you play a game that it disconnects you

Its when we join a server when the other one is already playing on a server, if we both play on the same server on the same game its fine.. but apart from that.. it disconnects you every time the other one trys to join a server.

Sounds like the router, or config on the router is borked. Would start with yeh 'ol factory settings (push the tiny, usually indented, button on the back/bottom of it for about 20 seconds while its powered on)
You may have to go through some settings to re-establish wireless stuff -- maybe some of the PPPoE settings too if it's an account driven connection (like DSL).
