CurbItTree Overflow!
and... crash! Anyone else get this? I started getting it like 2 weeks ago... grrr. At least my css sorta warns me because it will start getting really choppy maybe 10-15 minutes before it happens... I restart steam every 2 maps or so now and it seems to help.

Re: CurbItTree Overflow!
If you take a look around, I think there was another thread on this awhile back, maybe a month ago or more. It's been a common issue, happened to me the other day too. I think it has something to do with users' Steam profile pics being imported into the new CS scoreboard, or something like that. The more you press Tab to check the scores, the worse it gets, and eventually you can cause it to crash.

Re: CurbItTree Overflow!
I get this as well after tabbing to see the score board. After a good number it starts to cause the game to briefly lag each time. Eventually it crashes. Restarting CSS fixes it -- it's a memory leak somewhere in the game, that relates to the scoreboard and probably community icons. That much I am fairly certain of.

Re: CurbItTree Overflow!
I used to crash some what often and would occasionally get choppy gameplay.
I have no idea if this is related, but it seemed to work for me:
Windows 7 apparently throttles the amount of packets sent at a time, so I removed this. Here is the link: How to use the throttling mechanism to control network performance in Windows Vista
And here are the steps. READ THE LINK FIRST! Don't mess with your registry unless you are very careful. You could seriously screw things up.
* Open regedit
* Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile
* There will be an entry for network performance throttling, default value is 10; set it to FFFFFFFF hex (willl look like 0xFFFFFFFF to the right of the entry)
