    That would be your graphics card artifacting. Its one of two things... either your setting are incorrect such as wrong drivers... another thing is the GPU is at the brink of dying. That has happened to me a couple of times the first time was bad video card so I replaced it, the second time was bad video drivers.

    My recomendation is go buy a radeon 5770 card great card for cheep only like a 150$
