I've quoted information from this article a couple of times now, so I figured I'd just post the link to the whole damn thing. It's mainly geared towards 5v5 play, but there's some pretty good information in it. Plus it's free, so why not give it a read through and get a little bit of insight from some professional players...And did I mention that it's free? :P

Juan's site was decent, although as you mention the commentaries were the bread and butter of it. I did like it when he got commentaries from STRuK. Ben's commentaries are just f'ing hilarious...or they used to be...I don't think he even plays anymore.

I looked through this guide and everything definitely looks solid to me. Good info on all points...especially the rotations one...THAT is the difference between a main team and an invite team 90% of the time.

For a while my genius book idea was a comedy take on something like this, with the title something like "Stop Blocking Newb: A Guide To Counter-Strike Pub Star Nirvana"
