Well, Im wondering how to install a GUI for Css. The ones I used before have been pretty easy to install cause they do it for you but recently I've been wanting an updated one. Like this one and this one. There both in the file type .rar which when I extract it, its just random files with no instructions how to install them.

EDIT: There are a little instructions which I dont understand very much.

The cevo one is actually very easy. They have an easy installer that comes with the gui when you download it.

I'd like one with the mini map in the bottom middle.

I think there is a configuration for moving the mini map.

You can move it pretty much anywhere, I think. It's just a matter of editing.

Well I don't think its hacking or anything. Moving your mini map is not bad cause its still there its just on a different location. I think that changing the gui color is not illegal also cause its not really doing you any benefit, but I might be wrong. I know changing the skin is illegal.
