I'm tempted to add vents to the roof in addition to the skylights. Sewers / basement is a possibility (estate-esque of course) but I need to learn how to do the basic parts first before I get creative ;-)

You could make an upstairs, with a balcany and "private" rooms if you know what I mean

Maybe a few more stages, most big clubs have 2/3 different stages, couple bars, etc.

Actually, although considering my options here it may be a good thing, but I've yet to go to a strip club... maybe I should go do some research!
