I wish nades were more powerful (as they are in the real world), like an AWP. The "balance" of certain weapons is well written by the programmers of CSS. The AWP is a bit stretched (speed of use) and nades are weak, in comparison.
In the "real" world, you can shoot most CSS-featured weapons repeatedly, with no physical or mechanical ramifications. A shooter's recovery from shooting an AWP in the real world apparently cannot be "coded" into the game. Shoot an AWP 5 times concurrent, standing and trying to make the pinpoint shots. Impossible (I know one of you wannabe bad-ass gun nuts will run your face, but perhaps a REAL shooter can chime in). I have shot enough large bore weapons to effectively state that repeated accuracy while standing/kneeling and shooting in 1 second intervals isn't possible (barrel temps, shooter fatigue and shooter recover to position).
I think we could leave the AWP in one server, turn friendly fire on and increase the grenade effectiveness. Make one of the CSS servers the REAL DEAL. If a player gets in there and doesn't like the shit storm, they can leave. Shorten the rounds to require 11 wins and only permiss instant/random teams...no spectate allowed during startup (this will prevent the cheap-ass bitches that say "I always auto-join" while they watch for the hole they want, despicable shallow stat-pad losers) Hell, why not make the flashbang deafen and blind a wider area so people can't toss it around a corner 2 feet away and not get some concussion effect themselves?

I don't feel like tweaking CS on the server. CS is CS, must no be modified unless officially.
From the vote result (almost 50 50), I think that it's pretty fair to make one awp server and one no awp server.

if it's awps then let it be awps. but i'd say no restrictions at all. and like hitch reccomends, all autoteamjoin, all the time.
the only thing more unbalanced than the awp itself, is restricting it's use to one team... and shortly thereafter restricting it's use altogether after that team has abused it enough to piss everyone off.
i vote for all or nothing... even though i firmly believe "all" means it will totally destroy the gameplay we love here at tpg.
i give it a week to render the server completely unrecognizable. see how long it lasts after that.

Yea i think the way we had it befor was the way to go one awp server one no awp server it worked befor it will work agian.

I very much liked having it available on one server and being able to awp vote if it got out of control. There is nothing wrong with buying an awp if you're losing 7-1.
Also, I just noticed I have exactly 1337 headshotsSpeed. I am speed.
