I played it for a while then the game died out pretty quick competitively. I was kind of sad because I thought it was a really neat game.

You CS:S players will love DoD. I find its a great game to relax on. It has easy to achieve, clear objectives (get to a flag and stand on it), and you always have your kit. I know the recoil is going to kick your ass but its easy to adjust to. It takes a lot of teamwork to achieve the objective because you spawn in so quick that with a full server you can never kill most of the team and then run for the final cap. Generaly there will be 2-4 people on your team doing 95% of the capping because they know that most of the time the flag is more important than another kill. While they are achieving the objective everyone else on the team is assisting by providing cover fire, calling out opponenets, holding flags while you push up, and chucking nades like mad. It is a really fast paced game... Come join the movement at TPG's DoD Forums, a little below your CS:S forum.
