With obvious aimbot, the player in question crosshairs will snap onto opposing enemy heads. I've have seen these type of hackers on TPG, obviously for a very short period of time, but you should be able to notice these aimboters very easily. They will be running around the map aimlessly, getting headshots on every single player that they shouldn't be able to get.
The not so obvious aimboters...leave that to the admins. You would have to sit in spec for rounds on end, demo, and watch demos with wireframes, etc in order to figure out if the player is aimbotting. This can take up to an hour sometimes to gather all the necessary information. And even then, you could be wrong about whether the player is using aimbot or not.

its not only that blonde correct me if I'm wrong but 3 round bursts to the body and getting a kill everytime sounds a bit fishy... Last night experienced some of that of a new player... 3 guys thought the same thing that for a new player he makes it way to easy to make those kills with a god like reaction time

This makes almost no logical sense what if the case was he got his account stolen and that person got one of his games VAC banned in the case steam takes no responsibility in over turning the Ban that has already happened... so just saying someone is VAC banned on one game on their account doesnt mean they are a cheater. I know this because my account was hacked and luckily I got it back intime before the guy could do any damage to my account.
