Moving capture points (flags) within maps?
This may have been brought up already (I couldn't find it if it was), but is there anyway to move capture points to various parts of a map?
I think it would be neat to have different objectives on, let's say, donner. Where the goal of one team is take and hold tank house for increments of 2 mins (or whatever time you decide), and you get a point for every 2 mins you secure it. Maybe do First team to 5 points wins the round, then when the next round starts, the objective moves to another part of the map, like field for instance.
Does the game allow you to easily mod stuff around like this?

I'm assuming this is not easily done.
I have tried looking for other mods to make changes to the game to make it different and more interesting, but straight up googling it is proving difficult. I figured someone here may already know the right places to look

As for advancing spawns, those are already implemented in some custom maps. Such as dod_aubercy.
