I believe if' you've done something to be banned in the first place then there are no second chances, thus the point of a 'permanent ban'. Kind of pointless to have if we start looking at a ban evade as a second chance, no?

But I know you're speaking in general and I do believe some situations could warrant a temporary ban or whatever. In this case I had proof that this guy is an adult so there was simply no excusing his bull crap.

Anyway...

Just me. I gave him the perma-ban. I simply saw no reason for his return. I reviewed his posts and after learning that he's an adult, I found that there was simply no excuse for his excessive behavior.
