Thread: Pick up game 1/13 map

It didn't happen. So when are we going to know what the rotation is?

I was playing with a couple people, all strangers of course, and we were doing really damn well. 600 points to 200. Although that can be seen as "You're too good" or "They suck too much", it was because on the second chapter, they all jumped into the water and died.

Anyway, I was playing on Hard Rain, Versus mode. We got to the 3rd or 4th, can't remember which is which, with the tall grass field, right? So we got there, and of course, a tank comes. All three of my teammates decided that it would be a damn good idea to run into the field (where they can't see crap really) and then they all died. I managed to make it to the elevator (Couldn't save them because the tank was riding my ass) and then I said "Oh, haha the tank is climbing the wall.... I totally forgot that was there, I'm screwed" and they all voted to kick me.

Whether it was what I said that made them kick me, or because I didn't save them, I don't know.

I simply don't see why they would kick me. I got the most damage each chapter, and always made sure everyone made it alive, if possible. I wasn't stupid enough to run into the field when the subtitle brought up "Tank growls" like they were and get incapped. I figured that running around the gas station would help, slow the tank down, and we could all kill it. But nope. They all get incapped.

We weren't even close. One guy rushed to the elevator, and got incapped by tank. The second tried to save him, but got incapped by a smoker. And the third did the same thing. Incapped by tank.

Of course, knowing what the score was, I decided to just try and run it and rack up as much points as possible seeing as how I cannot kill the tank, and 3 SI in the tall grass, as we had the upper hand no matter what.

Has this ever happened to anyone here? I'm sure it has, but I am just pissed off because I need 3 more wins for the Award. I am a really good player, even with my lack of hearing. I don't screw around, I focus on where my guys are at, and make sure they stay alive.

Seriously, I need some friends who will play with me, so I don't have to hope for strangers to not kick me. "Oh, he's damn good. Too bad I'm gonna be an ass and vote to kick him!"

So if anyone wants to play, add me. I'll play Versus, Realism, Expert, whatever. I just want one friend to play with so I can ensure that I get the win and get the damn award, and increase my chances of getting the achievements.

It seems as if every time I'm on a winning team, I'm either kicked, or the other team leaves and it shuts down, or my team leaves and I'm just totally screwed. Right?

I don't care if I play with someone who's way better than me. I can still find fun in the game. I don't even care if we have a damn retard on my team, just so long it's a close game, a challenge for both of us, you know?

But seriously. How many people here would run into the tall grass field on Hard Rain when a tank has spawned?

Okay, and now how many people would stay by the gas station when the tank spawned?

I'm just appalled how dumb they were.

I don't run into that crop field unless I know it's clear. Usually i wait till a public player runs and I use him as bait LOL. There's a trick to jump on the roof and avoid it all but that's "cheating" in some ways.

I'm always up for playin with ya so feel free to invite me if you need a decent player who has some common gaming sense.

I've seen that on versus mode, from the other team, but I can't do it. I only tried once lol and then the tank killed me. I never run headfirst into a room or area unless I know it's good.

Well, I'm gonna have to go and agree with you right there, about people voting to kick for no reason, and people saying yes without a damn clue or a second thought.
It seems like the good players are kicked, like you and me. And only the shitty players are voted to stay.
