    Server Downloads

    How come every time i try to log in, i have to download all the sounds and things? Any help would be great

    Are you downloading the same files over and over again? because i believe you are still downloading new files every time

    Left4Dead 2 - extract *.vpk file

    I'm trying to get a little bit into left4dead modding and I watch this tutorial, but I cant even extract the files from left4dead 2. I use that gibbeds *.vpk extractor and I select the pak01_dir.vpk file, but nothing is happening.
    0 files in package.
    Done, 0 succeeded, 0 failed, 0 total.
    the file is located in the right directory, like in the tutorial.

    what should I do? Are there any other good Tutorials to get started?
