Yeah, GGs to everyone. Allies was tough to play, but after you got past the beach it gets hard on the Axis.

Next time I'll be a Captain... 8)

Hard on the Axis? All you need to do is pick one or two sights and set up an MG, Monkey with a rifle and you've got her locked down... Even on the back ways all you need to do is camp the latter and shoot them while they climb up so they cant shoot back...

Maybe we were spread out to much or something but as soon as we walked in we were blasted away by something. Then when we got through Monkey kills you and Kyle comes out of no where to wipe out the rest of your team :5 I didn't really like the teams but I won't blame it on that.

We did have Heavy, Bullet, Painless, and Monster was good to but then there was Damage, Arab, and me so no matter what hole they made for us we would just screw it up... It felt horrible sucking so much and feeling so useless while all the higher ups blew everyone away but still died trying... I'm just ranting now I need to get better by this Sunday. Anyone have a magic skill pill?

We won because Kyle is a great Captain and he planned where everyone should go pretty much flawlessly.

It is hard being everywhere at once after the Allies have gotten past the beach. On top of that, there are so many ways the Allies can come from it's ridiculous. But when you have just one objective to protect, you can narrow down the places they can come from. I do think the teams were uneven though, but the Captains pick the teams so...

Ficet, that magic skill pill is called playing a lot and learning how the better players play. Like Heavy said, play with one class for a month or two then go onto another when you've got the basics down.

yeah ficet you guys did well. We really don't care about skill level of the players. That is why we have these kinda matches so that the ones who aren't as skilled yet get better. You also have to remember too these are like some of the cream of the crop players that play all the time many have leagued before and have hundreds upon hundreds of hours played on the server. The time playing is what is fun sure we would always like the win and believe me they certainly didn't steam roll us we were able to get to the objectives and plant them they just worked harder to hold us back. when on allies we just didn't have enough time. As far as Axis side it is rather simple to hold positions points as there are choke points on the map and only so many ways for the allies to advance off the beach if you can control those points you will succeed I for one am pretty sure i was pissing off both insane and eth as they kept trying to push the right side or left side on allies side of the map only to fail as me and painless kept taking them out.

The only problem i saw eth with the axis side of the map you could have all the strat you want but once you die you are in no way of returning to same spot after respawn. alot of times i would respawn all the way on the other side of the map leaving the side that i am supposed to be watching vulnerable but bottom line is we had fun even though we did lose.

Yeah, the respawn points aren't that great. It would be better if there was a big room where everyone spawned that had tunnels and ladders leading to different sites.

yeah i agree half the time i would respawn in some tunnel not even knowing where i was until i came out of it lol...
