Radio!

I am not sure what the name of the program is, but I have been on a couple of servers, where there is a radio that you can turn on by typing !radio in chat. We should get this. if at all possible.

I'm thinking that it will hinder TeamPlay and communication.

I hate people who listen to music when playing it limits team communication, making their teammates harder to hear and they tend to talk less or have music blasting through their mic, or worst of all have their game sound completely disabled.

Yes this would not work here at TTP. We expect everyone to at least hear the calls that are made and or have a mic and use it when neccessary. Team play comes first and having the sound option covered or masked by music will hinder it's ablity to be achieved.

In my experience with the Radio addon it never works right anyway. It's also very hard to please everyone's musical tastes.

I'm curious as to why TTP servers haven't added other mods and addons like !medic. Why is that?
Realism? There were medics in WWII.

He didn't..King did.

Bort, it's true that a lot of servers have the medic mod. It's also true that there were medics in WWII.

However, DoD was never really set up for medics, with the exception of bandaging in beta 3.1
