ok i understand that u don't use modes, but how about, auto balance mode, i mean this is ridiculous when there is 4axis vs 3allies and chump gets in and joins axis, just makes me violent.)

They should just be moved over as soon as the join, no warning, no fuss. If they switch back, kick, if they rejoin and do it again, ban.

actually admins should be on top of the teams it only takes a second to bring up the scoreboard and check. Also just like insane said don't be conversing them over to the other side, just plop thier asses over, no explaination no nothing, they know how to count just like anyone else on the server and just cause they like playing a certain side or weapon makes no difference. That is why the admins have tools to use to keep the server running smoothly. If they ran everything automated there would be no need for admins right?

I'm going to have to agree with Guvyer. I think that the Autobalance would be quite useful to have. While yes, it does take little effort on the admin's part to pay attention, and keep the game going, why not take that little extra work off the admin's shoulders? They are there just as much as the rest of us to play the game and enjoy it. I know I'd get really frustrated after the third or fourth dumbass of the night who can't count.

That, and if a team looses, one person can rage quit and take five or six people with them. Admins in CS:S don't have to worry about the teams, number-wise, because auto balance settles it by itself. Same with TF2. DoD:S should be no different.

At the very least there should be something to prevent people from joining teams with number advantages.

well lets see, i do not agree it is not hard to keep teams even within DOD, and have done it myself for many years without much trouble right here on the DOD server. But i will add that I have personally witnessed players/admins screaming and yelling, even name calling people over mics at people who stack teams instead of the admin using the tools given to them to get the job done. That is more disruptive to the game itself then the person who actually stacked the teams in the first place. It is not like they dont have a easy solution which takes a mere second to achieve. it is not like they are rconning the server and having to type in long ass code to preform a task it is a simple list of options based menu. As far as the admins being able to enjoy the game they themselves are playing, they the admins have a responsiblity to the game server first and foremost, KD matters not to the admins and should be lowest on the list, I have taken more than just a few deaths preforming tasks that need to done whether it was banning people or simply kicking or watching them for possible hacks or questionable play. So that should matter not...... And my stats prove the enjoyment i have gotten while playing. As far as rage quitting as guyver calls it or simply people disconnecting all at the sametime that happens in every game known to man and the autobalancer will not completely solve the problems that that kinda issue causes. DOD is a very fast paced game and tides change in mere seconds so if the admin is up on his duties and preforming them when they need to be done there would be no issue and the people on the server probably would not even notice it occured. But that is just my take on the issue.
