quad nades are rare in CSS. Much less in DoD where your normally much more spread out(not in narrow choke points) I mean hell having enough enemies to get a quad nade is tough in DoD.

I need to come visit more often. I do enjoy the game, just havent had much play time lately.

This. Its not uncommon for a nade to kill a player at full health. I don't even think its possible in CSS, although I have seen some 90+ damage nades.
