It sounds like this poor woman went through hell. If these scumbags are found guilty I hope they suffer horribly in prison.

Yeah the federal government actually told the prosecuting attorney that they would have a better chance of a conviction if it wasn't tried as a hate crime.

What are you guys smoking? In Prison some black guy is going to schiv the hell out of them when they find out what they are in for.

Now, normally I am against using hate crimes to label offenders and give them longer sentences but you know I don't think I could justify doing what they did to a person even if that person had killed my whole family so in this case yeah they need to go away for a long time and hopefully be murdered in prison.

Point B. They might get out sometime. Not to mention, if you get life in prison, you drain government resources, with no point. you die anyways. And yes, I am for capital punishment. As for hate crime, whatever. good label, ish, though I dont see the point.(of doing them)
