I read the manga of that and naruto, skipping the anime due to the massive fillers they love to bring still after their original long breaks (135-220 for naruto and like 50-100 for bleach was it?)

Watch quite a bit with myself... not many rabid fans in the TTP community though.. think I'm up to about 97.4 days worth to the hour on myanimelist.net but I haven't updated the list in a month or so....

I would have to say my favorite series has been Clannad... maybe Air and Ef~ A tale of Memories close second-thirds...

And I respectfully disagree Naruto Shippuden is probably one of the better Shonen series out there and you have to watch the first to get into it. Bleach is good without all the fillers, but even some of the filler "storylines" are good

I'm a fan of Naruto and Bleach (primarily bleach) so you could call me an anime noob. I've watched some one piece and yuyu hakusho as well and enjoyed those.

My favorite form of anime is from Studio Ghibli - they are freaking brilliant.
- Castle in the Sky
- Howl's Moving Castle (personal favorite)
- Spirited Away
- Tales from Earthsea

Samurai 7 (brilliant retelling of the Seven Samurai movie as an anime)
Witch Hunter Robin

And of course any of the Studio Ghibli stuff
