Other than that, 'cheating' is often used to describe how someone was thoroughly outplayed. Which, when you think about it, isn't too terribly different than other games.

By that measure, PL still cheats, goons still cheat, successful lowsec groups like the one civil is in cheat, successful wspace groups like the one evil and I are in cheat, etc.

The last real 'cheating' I can recall was Aperture Harmonics and the infinite tracking exploit from 2010 high class wspace.

I mean like the Autopilot Warp to Zero, cargo scanning blockade runners, etc. type of actual exploits.
