Re: VFK by May
in fact... I would probably demand they remain out of battle so as to eliminate the possibility of a double cross... So... Get attacked relentlessly, or join the Civil Capitalist Corporation Protectorate (CCCP), remain out of battle and safe until things quiet down, and profit. Sounds like a good deal to me.

It helps that he's also a nice person to talk with in my experience. Kind of reminds me my great uncle; both are quite personable but get up to questionable activities.

Things are starting to shape up for the next "great war" in EVE. More alliances have moved into the theater, but the best part is the enemies of the CFC are making the wise decision to divide and conquer. Timers are being set, and fights are happening, all over CFC space instead of just throwing everyone into the meat grinder. This week should be especially interesting to see how the CFC responds to having to either split their blob, or pick and choose which objectives to defend.

Today was a good day for the "Coalition of the Billing" aka all the people who hate goons. The Bastion, a CFC alliance, had an IHUB timer coming out, so we formed several fleets to try to destroy it. The CFC also formed multiple fleets to try to save the timer. We were able to get into the area first, and cut off some of their forces from reaching the rest, and because of this they chose not to fight. This IHUB is somewhat important as it allowed them to have a jump bridge, a mechanic that allows them to teleport from one system to another bypassing several jumps saving travel time, from their staging system to the first null sec system adjacent to our low sec staging area. There are several more timers over the next few hours, so maybe more reports of fights and/or strategic objectives being taken or saved.

Oh baby, what a brawl. LAWN, a CFC alliance, had a POS RFed that was building a titan. The "good guys" put almost 1100 pilots in system, and killed the POS, thus destroying the titan, and somewhere around 100 billion worth of CFC defenders. Was a good day for Civil and friends lol.

Another day another fight. CFC had 2 towers on isk making moons coming out of RF. Good guys formed a fleet, and went to kill the first. The CFC postured around, and just had a few battles trying to kill people who straggled behind fleet. We killed both towers, and a total of 21B isk. We lost 5.6B mainly due to 1 guy disconnecting and not telling us, and another being dumb and getting separated from the fleet. Good guys win again.

Yesterday was liberation day, or hopefully the first of many. The Mittani, leader of the CFC, announced on his show that they would be abandoning one of the 6 or so regions their coalition controls. Their plan is to reposition for a more compact defense. Strategic planning, or cracks in the wall? We hope to find out soon.
