The Season Pass price change doesn't go into effect until March 1st.

I'm honestly not too interested in getting them right now. Not enough details out on the expansion and the other two announced DLC don't interest me too much. The pit fighting one seems more gimmicky. The robot one already exists as a mod, pretty much. When the GotY edition comes out, then I will pick them up.
