Well what do you do in there to get so much gold from just nightmare?

Stack gold find. Stack it on every slot but your weapon, stack it on your follower and use the gold find pet. Make sure you get gold pickup radius too so you don't have to run over every pile that drops.

Then just rush through Heart of Sin to the end of act 3. At level 60 with a decent weapon, you can just multishot the packs and vault through the level.

On a demon hunter... of course... >.>

I'm using a monk and netting around 200k an hour... I guess i can live with that.

Of course. They gotta be good for something.

Honestly though, I can't do it for very long. I don't enjoy playing to just grind.

I'm more interested in getting into the hardcore scene these days. Treat Diablo like it's an old fashioned arcade game.

Quick, if you want to, I can always help you get up to speed in HC. I'm going to be doing that with Rude assuming we can ever be on at the same time.

The most important thing is to always go back when you have a lot of rares/gems.
