Spore is a fun game. I got it on release date and played the hell out of it. My empire encompassed hundreds of systems. I was generally nice if you wanted to play nice and trade with me, but if you shot first, I utterly destroyed your cities, made the biosphere ten times better then you had it, and built 5 times as many cities as you had. Even found a story book world once as well. I left that one in peace. And then there was the time I stumbled across a religious war in progress. That was really interesting.
