Blacklight Retribution
Free To Play, Great Customization, All modes Team-play in Nature. I'm not sure about the customization/HUD for private servers, but I think we should check this out.

Re: Blacklight Retribution
This game is awesome!!!!!!!
Servers can be owned and modified to game type and other characteristics like time, weapon limitations, friendly fire, server rules, etc. Clans are cool because everyone in your unit is given the same patch and insignia (but you can choose a different patch whenever you want). Most games are 6v6 or 8v8 but I think the max is 10v10.
A few other things:
1. Sniper Rifles are pretty weak unless you get a head shot. And quick scoping is hard. (Customizing your rifle for damage increases its problems in other fields like mobility).
2. This game requires a lot of SKILL, STRATEGY, and TEAMWORK.
3. In-Game Comms need to be turned on by server admins at the beginning of each match (but I'm pretty sure our administrators can make a more permanent fix to this)
4. Controls are easy to get used to and the game play is addicting.
5. The more people you kill, the higher your threat level and the higher the bounty on your head.
Game Types:
Kill Confirmed : Kill enemies and collect their microchips
Domination/Conquest: Capture and defend points on the map to gain points
King of the Hill (by far the most fun) : Use teamwork to capture a node on the map. Garner enough points and the hill is yours but with the caveat of being at a greater distance from the next node. Nodes are random so KOTH offers a different playing experience every match.
I'd give this a quacktastic 9/10

EDIT:
Hmmm...
