Auction House BS!

So, when buying out a pair of pants in the auction house, a warning now appears:

"Item properties and values may change over time due to game balancing"

So my 700+ armor, 70+ resist all, 2 socket pants with 100+ str turn into:

634 armor, 125 Str, 47 cold resist, 18% better magic find and 0 sockets

Really?!?!? Really?!@?#?!@

OK, I was putting together my email to Blizzard to rip them a new one. I left game, came back in and now the pants have changed back to what I bid on. What in the heck

I triple checked it in the auction house before I left game also so I know I wasn't misreading it...

Ya blizzard is going to find they arnt allowed to change an item if someone paid real money for it.

I think the item stats they would change would be if they did a global buff/nerf to certain item stats. It wouldn't be a wholesale item change like whatever fucking crazy thing happened to the OP temporarily.
