Any Old-time RTS gamers out there?

^Title. and by old time I don't mean your age, I mean the older RTS games like Red Alert 1, Age of empires, etc.

Of course! Played Warcraft 2, starcraft, red alert 1,2,3, tiberium, online, ect, Age of empires 1+2, empire earth 1+2+3, Age of mythology, a few others I cant think of right now...

Yup. I have been playing a lot of them on my Retro Windows 98 PC that I built recently. I have C&C 1 and 2, Red Alert 1 and 2, Dune II, Dune 2000, Emperor, Dark Reign, Dark Reign 2, Total Annihilation, and Age of Empires II.

They are great time wasters and a lot of fun. I am currently playing through the original Unreal, but I will be starting up Emperor pretty soon as I never finished that game back in 2001 when I originally bought it.

Dune 2000, Warcraft 2 and the Original C&C were the games I grew up with.

Started RTSing with Warcraft 1/2, Age of Empires(1 & 2) and C&C.

I was pretty heavy into age of empires 2 on MSN gaming zone. Played the shit out of the random map bracket, and 2 custom maps - Herofest and World Map. Only game i've seen that has a similar online experience to AoE 2 is starcraft. We basically had a non-stop round robin tourney going to determine who the top 20-50 players were for each game type. Almost as addicting as CS

Warcraft 2 is what got me into gaming. I eventually moved onto SC, but not after I had been playing WC2 for years. Even when D2 came out, I stuck with WC2.
