Just played the beta of this (after hearing about it through gaming blogs) and it is a neat little indie game. For me it was pretty addictive (and took 1 and a half hours apparently O_O). You play an immigration inspector tasks with, well, checking documents of people trying to enter your USSR-esque country. You get 3 screw-ups before being fired, the more people you check the more money you get, which goes to food, heat, rent, and medicine (if needed) for your family.

Its simple (in design), but addicting (imo) and harder then it seems.
