He's sold all his stock in the game and has said he is done with developing games. I don't blame him to be honest. Even with all of the great avenues for indie devs these days it is still a struggle and if you know anything about the scene you know that you can end up a giant stressful mess by the end of the project if you aren't able to cope with it all.

Still I don't think it gives him an excuse to say what he did. Never make an enemy of the people who are going to give the avenue to success.

I blame him. Sure, it's a struggle. However, it's made worse when you willingly fuck yourself over, simply because you can't control your mouth.
