Thread: Rainbow Six Siege: Closed Alpha

Looks like sign-ups for the closed alpha went up today. I'm pretty excited to play this game - I don't think It'll be the next counter-strike but I think it may open up competitive 5v5 gameplay in a way that's more accessible for the non-counter strike players.The gameplay looks solid, but they've only showed the prisoner extraction on that one house level. I'm hoping there will be a good variety of maps with maybe a few more game types. Even the tried and true bomb plant/defuse would be fun with that level of tactical gameplay. I'd love to see a 1v5 clutch defuse where a CT blows through a wall with C4, kills the guys on the other side, and gets a defuse - now that'd be sweet.
