Well, ArenaNet decided to credit anyone who has an account before the start of this year an extra character slot if they pre-purchase, but only if they pre-purchase, so I chose to get it now.

Damn! Meanwhile I wish I could've sold my copy because it was possibly the biggest disappointment for me.
